1. Uber Dashboard
Creating my first data analysis pipeline, I utilised the Google Cloud Platform to complete this dashboard. The Google-specific tools used in this project were: Storage, Compute Engine, BigQuery, Looker. The other tools utilised were: Python and Mage. Using publicly accessable rideshare information from NYC, I used this information to create a management-tailored dashboard for data-driven decision making.
2. COVID-19 Statistics Over Time
This project was inspired by a YouTuber – Alex The Analyst – who has been extremely helpful regarding this aspect of my Data Analysis journey.
A Data Analysis Project that explores the available COVID-19 data from Our World in Data in SQL, Tableau, and Python. The purpose of this project is to showcase the world of COVID-19 through the lens of a data analyst and how this information can be presented to people in an easy-to-understand manner.
Analysis includes:
- SQL Server creation, data exploration (with some example SQL queries), and preperation for visualisation,
- Calculating the likelihood of death
- Total count by location
- Comparing infection rates across nations
- Carry count of all vaccinated peoples
- Tableau visualisation,
- Table for certain records,
- Bar chart of deaths by Continent
- Global map with population percentage infected
